Cross talk between the preimplantation embryo and endometrium plays an important role in successful embryo implantation. The embryo produces several factors and embryonic antigen during its development to signal its presence to the maternal organism, and several embryonic factors that modulate endometrial receptivity have been reportedly detected in embryo culture supernatant. In Blastocyst Transfer (BT), cross-talk is absent until the blastocysts are transferred and the pregnancy rate using BT is limited. Accordingly, to improve the pregnancy outcome of BT, we developed an innovative procedure of embryo transfer based on knowledge regarding the embryonic modulation of endometrial receptivity, named Stimulation of Endometrium Embryo Transfer (SEET). In SEET, embryo culture supernatant(ECS) was injected into the uterine cavity prior to BT to stimulate the endometrium and provide an optimum environment for implantation of forthcoming blastocysts. We reported high pregnancy rates and low abortion rates with SEET. SEET, may be an effective method to get better outcome in assisted reproductive technology.
